Positive: Nice view, great room layout. Comfy decor.
Negative: The apt is somewhat not been cleaned up properly. There are dirt and stains on the floor and the tablewares and kitchenwares are also greasy. There’re also some flies in the room we tried to get them out but was challenging.

Positive: We stayed in the room with jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment was very well equipped even for cooking, and overall nicely designed, everything brand new. The view outside is beautiful. Easy checkin check out with key box.

Positive: True cabin vibes. Gas BBQ and hottub on the terrace. Kitchen with all necessary tools like pan, pot, baking trays, oven, two stoves and washing machine. Coffee machine, sandwich toaster and big fridge with freezer. Everything is very new and beds really comfortable. Host did welcome us with chocolate bar and soft drinks in the fridge. Pleasant stay over all and no noice from the roads. Only 5min drive from all shops in Akureyri.
Negative: I am a little clean freak and that was the only thing I would say is missing but can easily be improved. There was still hair on the floor that was not ours - so vacuuming and mopping the flors not done well enough. There were no waterproof sheets under the bedding and I think that is one of most important thing to have when many people are using the same bed. We also requested one double bed and as there was no extra mattress on the combined single beds there was a gap in the middle of the bed. The shower design is a little failure as the flooring has no elevation and therefore the water tends to run out of the shower and under the sink and toilet. Made us use almost 3 towels to keep the floor in the bathroom dry so we could walk in there. I believe this is something the owners will fix - and as said before the overall stay was very pleasant!

Positive: The place was brand new and very clean and nice. Nice hot tub and nice finished in the house.
Negative: There was so much construction going on on the property, the view was of a bunch of construction materials and mud. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom and it was hard to control the thermostat.
Summary: Overall it was a good experience. They have some growing pains to work out.
